I must say that I have never encountered anyone that has been more thorough from beginning to end than you.
Carla and I wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful job that you did with our kitchen/dining room/living room remodel. Not only was your design terrific, I was equally happy with the overall professionalism that you maintained throughout the project.
Having been in the construction industry for over 35 years, I am very familiar with the process, scheduling, details, and supervision that must be maintained in order to complete the job in a satisfactory or better manner. I must say that I have never encountered anyone that has been more thorough from beginning to end than you. Carla and I were initially impressed with you when we first met you and you took the time to understand our needs and transform them into a design that was striking and most importantly, efficient. Once accepted, this was transformed into a very workable schedule that met our needs and was maintained without flaw during the entire project. The amount of detail that you managed and maintained was very impressive and enabled the project to be completed on time – without any flaws. I was also impressed with the thoroughness of documents that you provided during the process so that Carla and I stayed constantly abreast of the project and the costs associated with it.
We were also extremely impressed with the team of tradesmen that you employed to implement your design. In total, they were very professional, easy to work with, and very clean in the way they kept other parts of the house clean and work areas spotless at the close of each day. Their craftsmanship was superb and we have a completed project that we’re very proud of. All of our needs were addressed and solutions were provided that really made us happy. Your out of the ordinary design of our fireplace and sliding doors in the dining room was great.
While construction projects can easily be a nightmare, this was a very enjoyable experience and I would recommend you to anyone as they contemplate their own remodeling projects. As said, you are very professional, have great design ideas that blend design with functionality, and line yourself up with great craftsmen that get the most out of your design concepts. Above all, you are extremely pleasant and fun to work with.

This letter is so passed its due date, it is a bit embarrassing, but better late than never. As I sit in our new kitchen composing this letter on my laptop, I look around and smile.
A little over seven months ago, I came into your studion with an idea for the layout and “feel” for our new kitchen. I left that first meeting with much confidence that I finally met a kitchen designer who really understood what Melissa and I were seeking. I sit here today knowing full well that we made the absolute right decision choosing you to design and install our kitchen.
We now have a kitchen that gives us the brightness, edigness, openness, clean lines and European design we discussed and desired. As you are aware, the process of the renovation of our home was not an easy one to say the least. However, it was always reassuring that anything that had to do directly with the kitchen renovation only, i.e., the part which we granted you complete control, went smoother than I could ever imagined. Every single one of your referrals – Mediterranean Tile, Blue Tile, Karl’s Appliances and Hardware Designs – were spot on. It made the whole process seamless. I always trusted that I did not have to worry about anything with the kitchen installation because of your absolute professionalism and hands on approach to the project.
We recently had a familiy gathering – a true test to see whether we could be in the kitchen yet still be part of the gathering. Let me just say that it was so enjoyable to sit in the kitchen with our extended family and not feel claustrophobic. A question that comes up from time to time is whether I would do anything differently next time (as if I would ever be crazy enough to do such a huge renovation again in my lifetime!)? The answer is easy – yes. Next time I would give you full reins over the entire project rather than just the kitchen portion. You are a very trustworthy and honest person and we will always refer you to anyone even mentioning a new kitchen or bathroom!
